scent with love by kande: Day 1: Athens

We arrived in Athens from Paris at about 5pm on Saturday evening. Scentsy was waiting for us and promptly whisked us away to the hotel for check-in with all of our fun goodies (like a back pack, tee, bracelet and name badges)!

We headed up to our room and was blown away when we opened our door! What a gorgeous room - literally topped off with a chandelier. We wanted to be in awe longer but we had to quickly admire so that we could freshen up a bit before dinner at 6:30! (See hotel pics below!)

We loaded onto a charter bus and headed down the coast for about a half-hour to a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. In true Greek style we spent the next 3 hours enjoying eachother's company, entertainment and a 4-course-meal. During our social time it was super fun meeting the other 99 consultant's who earned the owner of being a top trip earner - we're already Scentsy family and we've all been talking for 3 months now on Facebook so there was a lot of hugging and official introductions!

We also heard Orville and Heidi (our husband and wife owners) speak for a few minutes and got to meet our European consultants who were joining us for the evening. Note: This was my very first time seeing Heidi and Orville in-person - I was absolutely star struck! These are two people who were a million dollars in debt when they decided to purchase the small idea of Scentsy and in 10 short years they've turned it into a multi-million, international business that has changed the lives of many! Talk about inspirational!

After arriving back to the hotel some crashed from the jetlag, some partied by the pool and others went back out on the town! What a great first day in Greece! PS: Join me for the next incentive trip here!
